X numbers of dollars for each of it's members
Stop them! Governments, it’s enough!

We are a non-profit organization fighting against provincial and federal governments. A collective group lawsuit claiming x numbers of dollars for each of its members. This group lawsuit will show that governments are overseeing or discriminatory in its dealing with toxic products. As soon as product has been designated harmful for the population, the governments frequently took drastic measures in taking this product out of the market, even if these measures led to bankruptcy or lost of jobs. Many examples of toxic product, taken out of the market are listed on our website. It is time to know why governments are not dealing the same way with one of the most ‘considered’ toxic product available on the market! Tobacco!

For many years, governments have promoted advertisings and regulations against tobacco! However, taxes are levied and use of tobacco is still legal.

If tobacco is toxic and really dangerous, how come it’s still on the market?

If it is not, why the propaganda against the use of tobacco, surtax and limitation in usage!

Are laws created to only favor governments or to be in the best interest of Canadians! Let’s stop this insanity - Take it off or let it be! It can’t be both!

That is why we are fighting for justice for law respect by everyone in this country. Why are there special laws interpreted for government and different for its population? We know that the government knows how dangerous, health wise these tobacco products are to its people. It affects all of its population smokers, non-smokers, and elderly and specially our children’s. We are asking compensation for each member’s in this collective group lawsuit in damages caused to us direct or indirect. Help us in becoming a member in this cause to fight for, just law interpretation and what is rightfully yours, money wise.

For once, we are asking the governments to make it clear and compensate whoever was affected by governmental overseeing and discriminatory injustice.
